Steven and Nuala, having originally trained at Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat' Saison and have subsequently trained in Chinese, Thai and Indian Cuisine. So if food is your second passion, obviously skiing is your first! Then you are coming to the right chalet.
On your first night we will indulge you with a welcome drink of bubbly and canapes.
The day begins with a cooked breakfast, yogurts, hot pastries, porridge, cereals and French bread with butter and preserves as well as a choice of hot drinks and juice are served in all chalets.
Afternoon tea consists of delicious home cooked cakes or goodies and are available after your hard day's skiing with choice of hot and cold drinks.
Dinner will be a delicious 3, 4 or 5 course evening meal prepared by our chef and with all your quality white and red bottled wines included. Upgrades to fine wines or Champagne are available.
An emphasis on using locally produced seasonal foods, with French and international inspired influence.
Children under the age of 12 will normally be served tea at around 5.30, however if all the chalet is taken by one family then a choice of serving all the family at about 7pm is suggested.
