We are delgithed to welcome back this year Kevin and his family, this is what they thought last season 2011.
"Safely back from what was a really enjoyable holiday. Your staff made us welcome and from the moment they greeted us and helped us in with the luggage to the moment they helped us pack up and waved us off down the road. All four we came into contact with were great but if I was to pick one out for special mention it would have to be Bethan. She was always about with a friendly smile offering to help in some way.
Steven was an excellent guide and we particularly enjoyed the two days out visiting other resorts. As ‘Tail-End Charlie’ I think I gained a lot from the week."

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for your hospitality
when we stayed with you on the 7th March for a week, we had a really lovely time
and were truly spoilt by the accommodation, food, hosting and location of your
ski chalet.
I have been meaning to drop you a note for a little while, how time fly’s I
can't believe it is nearly four weeks since our arrival - although I am still
nursing the lovely bruise on my arm from the very unspectacular fall.
I am still in the process of persuading my parents that Sainte Foy is the
perfect place for them to learn to ski so you may be subjected to Kevin's bad
jokes and my distinct laugh again in the future.

I just wanted to say what a great time we had when we visited you at Chalet Jacques. The food and service was excellent and the chalet perfect. The guided skiing around Sainte Foy really made the holiday for us, along with the excellent company of Steve and his hip flask!

I just wanted to let you know what a great time we had in Chalet Jacqueline last week.
Your staff were real stars and a credit to you, the food was great. I was really impressed by the Chalet and the position, I have never been that close to the slopes.
The hot tub made a big impression on everyone and I'm sure we will all be back, send our regards to all
